The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional ZIP code, selected topic, and optional general question. Please do not send medical information.
How we use it
Exvoto Films uses the information to review and answer your request, prevent abuse, and understand which local guide received the inquiry. We do not use the form to authorize marketing calls or texts.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the form request and transactional email. Technical logs may include an IP address, browser details, time, and requested page for security and delivery.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for response, security, and ordinary business records. Email exvotofilms@gmail.com to request access or deletion, subject to legal and security requirements.
